The following are snapshots of our most recent reads– because reading’s just about one of the only pastimes that persists when viruses and wildfires thwart all other best-laid plans.
To be sipped and not gulped– reading presently; so good. A dear friend lent me this first in a wholesome series. I adored it. Rich fodder partaken with a lovely passel of pals. Read this one as a prelude to the accompanying study with a gaggle of teen gals. Fascinating, will likely re-read. Hilarious, raunchy, deliciously lighthearted. 
Inspiring & lovely, perfect “going-into-another-schoolyear” encouragement. Dystopian fiction in the same vane as Handmaid’s Tale. Somber, sullen, important.
