Despite social distance and quarantine, this has been my workingest summer since I’ve been a mom. The real-estate market is hopping and I just wanted to share a few snapshots from this hectic season for posterity, and as an explanation for why I’ve been M-I-A from this blog for the bulk of the summer.
As I’ve always jokingly simplified, as a Realtor I essentially drive for a living and am a seasonal worker. Both interest rates and listing inventory are at an industry low, which has kept my professional calendar quite full as an “essential worker.” Who’d have thunk the era of COVID would prove fruitful for the real-estate market?
