A Quarantined Easter

He is risen! Though this year’s festivities were socially isolated, due to Coronavirus mandates, we celebrated simply and remembered our hope is in our Savoir who triumphed over all sin and death.

We’d intended a special service at church, wherein the kids were slated to sing onstage, followed by a big brunch with our extended family at our new house; but even without those things it was still festive and we are grateful to be healthy, employed, and in possession of toilet paper– and, moreover, covered by the blood of the Lamb.

He is risen indeed.
